Our Emcee, Tanya Steele, is on a mission to improve people's quality of life, daily — especially on Mondays. Why Mondays you ask? Well, research shows that more workplace injuries occur on that day than on any other weekday. That’s why it’s so important to have a safety program that is easy to understand and implement. As a Regional Safety Advisor, Tanya works with owners, managers, supervisors, and joint committee members to ensure that safety is made simpler.

Tanya Steele is a safety trainer, advisor, bestselling co-author of Cracking the Rich Code with Tony Robbins, Certified Speaker Professional and Host of the Safety Debris Podcast. She has also been recognized as 2023–2025 Canada’s Top Safety Trainer, 2024 Top Women in Safety, and has received the 2025 CAPS Peter Legge Philanthropist of the Year award.
